We also have branch offices in Richmond, VA and Virginia Beach, VA. ECE’s professional staff includes engineers and scientists with backgrounds in civil engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, geology, chemistry and biology. Our personnel have broad-based and specialized skills.

History
Environ-Civil Engineering, Ltd. was incorporated in the State of Maryland on July 29, 1992. The firm started out as an environmental engineering consulting firm providing specialized services primarily in the field of hazardous waste management. The services provided encompassed performance of assessment and feasibility studies, remediation and treatment studies.
Over the years, our services have expanded to include water and wastewater engineering, construction management and storm water management. ECE has grown from a one-dimensional provider of environmental engineering services to a provider of a full range of engineering services.
