M. Yomi Osoba, P.E.
President
Mr. Yomi Osoba, P.E., is the founder of ECE. He has over 30 years of technical and managerial experience in engineering and environmental projects. He has directed and/or worked on numerous engineering and environmental management projects. Over the years, Mr. Osoba has been involved in the planning, designing and construction of government and private engineering projects.
His professional experience encompasses knowledge gained on various national and international projects. His roles on these projects have varied from field engineer and design engineer to project director. He is a registered professional engineer in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Mr. Osoba possesses a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering (Water Resources & Hydraulics) from Polytechnic Institute of New York (1985) and a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University (1980).

Ganiat Osoba
Executive Vice President
Mrs. Gani Osoba has over 30 years of experience in the administrative field. Prior to joining ECE, she worked as a Research Analyst at American Express; Post Closing Administrator at Kidwell, Kent & Curran; and as a Multi Family Accelerated Processing Loan Analyst at Key Bank and CWCapital.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Providence College in Rhode Island.

William Dodge, P.E.
Project Manager
Mr. William [Bill] Dodge, PE has 30 years of varied civil and environmental engineering and consulting experience serving both the private and public sectors. With experience in municipal utility, site development, solid / hazardous waste disposal, and environmental remediation projects Mr. Dodge has successfully delivered numerous project and task assignments on time and within budget. Related project elements vary and include: site investigations, planning, conceptual design, detailed design, permitting, and construction administration.
Mr. Dodge has managed complex projects requiring internal and external coordination of team professionals, sub-consultants, sub-contractors, and project stakeholders. He has been responsible for the management of numerous concurrent technical projects that range in size from minor site improvements to large Superfund remediation projects requiring multi-disciplinary coordination.
Mr. Dodge holds professional engineer licenses from the States of New York and New Jersey. Formal technical education includes a Masters Degree in Hydraulic Engineering from Cornell University (1981), and a Bachelors Degree in Forest Engineering from SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry (1978). Subsequent training includes: OSHA HAZWOPR 40-hour health & safety, Continuous Improvement and VA DCR Erosion and Sediment Control.

Edward Buchanan, P.E.
Project Engineer
Mr. Ed Buchanan is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 10 years of consulting engineering experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design and rehabilitation.
Mr. Buchanan has successfully managed sewer rehabilitation projects. He has worked with both private and public utility sectors prior to joining ECE.
Mr. Buchanan graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Engineering with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering (2000). He is an active member of National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

Ramesh Alajangi, P.E.
Senior Environmental Engineer
Mr. Ramesh Alajangi is a Senior Environmental Engineer at ECE. His planning and design experience covers a wide range of fields from Water and Wastewater treatment, Water Supply, Collection Systems, Hydraulic Modeling, Site Development, Sediment & Erosion Control, Pilot Studies, Water Sampling and Construction Management.
Mr. Alajangi has reviewed and coordinated Preliminary Designs, Detailed Designs, Specifications, Design Drawings, Technical Reports, RFIs, Change Orders, Progress Meetings and other activities related to engineering. He has successfully provided solutions to simple and complex engineering challenges in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Mr. Alajangi holds a professional engineer license from the State of Maryland. He possesses a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from Tulane University (2005), New Orleans and Bachelors Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Andhra University College of Engineering (2003), India. He is also a member of American Water Works Association (AWWA).

Matthew Pugh, P.E.
Senior Environmental Engineer
Matthew Pugh is a Senior Environmental Engineer at ECE. His experience covers collection system master planning, sanitary sewer evaluation surveys and pipeline design projects.
Mr. Pugh is a registered professional engineer and has a Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA
