ECE provided engineering materials testing and inspection services during the construction of the school gymnasium. The services provided included Structural Steel testing and inspection of steel joists during construction, field testing to ensure that materials and procedures meet design specifications, remedial action recommendations and progress reports.

Patuxent Water Reclamation Facility

ECE is contracted to provide construction inspection services at the 7.5 MGD Patuxent Water Reclamation Facility during the construction of the Enhanced Nutrient Removal (ENR) Upgrades. The objective of the ENR upgrades is to reduce the nutrients to the Lower Chesapeake Bay by achieving and effluent with Total Nitrogen (TN) goal of 3 mg/l and Total Phosphorus of 0.3 mg/l.

Broadneck WRF

Broadneck Water Reclamation Facility

Annapolis, MD

ECE is contracted to provide construction inspection services at the 6.0 MGD Broadneck Water Reclamation Facility during the construction of the Enhanced Nutrient Removal (ENR) Upgrades. The objective of the ENR upgrades is to reduce the nutrients to Chesapeake Bay by achieving and effluent with Total Nitrogen (TN) goal of 3 mg/l and Total Phosphorus of 0.3 mg/l.

Construction Monitoring Projects

ECE provided construction monitoring services to various clients in a wide range of projects across the state of Maryland. The type of projects ranged from water & wastewater, pumping stations to stream bank stabilization. Services provided by ECE included weekly and monthly site visits, RFI review, change order analysis, progress meetings, reports and other documentation.
