Seneca Wastewater Treatment Plant UV Disinfection

ECE provided construction monitoring during the construction of the Ultra violet disinfection. The construction was to upgrade the existing chlorination disinfection system to an ultraviolet disinfection system, and it involved demolition/modification of the existing tertiary facility chlorination/dechlorination system. Monthly construction monitoring reports were prepared throughout the duration of the project and submitted to Maryland Department of the Environment before payment to the general contractor.
