ECE assisted the City of Virginia Beach, Department of Public Utilities (DPU) in inspecting aerial water and sewer crossings throughout the City of Virginia Beach. The long-term goal of this project will be to develop an advanced condition assessment approach using industry best practices, including visual assessment of exterior structure and associated appurtenances of these aerial crossings. Responsibilities of ECE engineers include field investigation and condition assessment. ECE will also prepare a technical memorandum detailing the findings of the assessment and also provide input into prioritization methodology.

ECE’s MACP and PACP certified engineers assisted the City of Richmond in conducting the Sewer System Evaluation Survey. Services Work included providing Manhole Inspections and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Inspections for reaches within Sewershed SH-27

Sewer Rehabilitation

ECE’s MACP and PACP certified engineers assisted the City of Richmond in designing cost effective solutions to rehabilitate the deteriorating sewer network. Solutions included trenchless technologies like CIPP lining, point repairs etc
